About Expert Olympiad
Expert Olympiad (EO) is an National level talent search examination for Indian Schools. It is a unique educational measurement and assessment service.
Expert Olympiad is a scientifically designed, skill-based assessment test to get the strengths and weaknesses of individual students.
Expert Olympiad is designed to assess the overall intellectual potential of the students from classes 3 to 12.
It uses conceptual, multiple-choice questions to assess how well the student comprehended the underlying SKILLS and CONCEPTS of the school curriculum.
Expert Olympiad is a single paper examination, open to all the students of classes 3 to 12. The question paper will be comprising questions from Mental & Logical Ability, Mathematics, Science.
A 30-minute video interview worth 100 points will be held for the top 10 scorers to determine the top 10 ranks.
The Expert Olympiad test is taken on different dates by students who participate directly/individually and those who participate through their school.

- Online for direct/individual candidates:
- Open to all the students of classes 3 to 12. Any student can participate in Expert Olympiad by registering online. You can participate in this test from the comfort of your home. It would help if you had a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a webcam and live internet connection.
- Paper-based on Offline through schools:
- Register through your school. Request an Expert Olympiad exam form from your teacher.
How It Works?
(For Direct / Individual Students)
It’s an online test open to all the students of classes 3 to 12. You can participate in the Expert Olympiad test from the comfort of your home.Â
A laptop / desktop / tablet / smartphone with a webcam and a live internet connection will be your requirement for the test.
1. Individual / Direct Registration
Any student studying in class 3 - 12 and interested in knowing their potential.
2. Prepare
Prepare for the exam based on described Syllabus.
3. Moke Test
Each student will be provided with three mock tests. Attempt to do provided mock tests and assess your preparation. Mock tests will not be availble on and after the exam date.
4. Final Test
Participate from the comfort of your home. It would help if you had a laptop/desktop/tablet/smartphone with a webcam and live internet connection.

5. Result
Thirty minutes video interview of 100 marks will be conducted for top 10 marks holders to decide the top 10 ranks.
How It Works?

1. Fill examination from
Students who want to participate through school can ask their teacher about the Expert Olympiad exam and registration form.
2.Prepare
Go through the syllabus and marking scheme. Prepare for the exam based on described Syllabus
3. Final Test
Appear in the paper-based exam conducted inside school campus during school hours or appear in online exam on communicated date & time from your home.

Participation Benefits
Expert Olympiad provides a platform where students can judge their intellectual potential at the national and international levels. The Expert Olympiad exam is based on the syllabus of CBSE, ICSE and State Boards. Thus, preparing for this exam will be a pre-practice for them for their school exams.

Participants tend to become very sharp-minded and "smart problem solvers" as a result of the competition. It allows students to hone their skills by requiring them to solve various problems at a level that they are unlikely to meet in their classroom.

Recognition & Medals
Recognition is the best form of appreciation. Each participating student will get a certificate. The student who scores
- 95% or above will get a Scholar Certificate along with a Gold Medal
- 90% to 94.99% will get an Outstanding Performance Certificate along with a Silver Medal
- 80% to 89.99% will get a Distinguished Performance Certificate along with a Bronze Medal
- 60% to 79.99% will get a Participation Certificate
- below 60% will get a digital Participation Certificate
Scholarship
The top 3 students from each class will be awarded
- National Rank 1 - Scholarship of ₹11000 + Memento + Medal + Certificate + Student kit.
- National Rank 2 - Scholarship of ₹7100 + Memento + Medal + Certificate + Student kit.
- National Rank 3 - Scholarship of ₹5100 + Memento + Medal + Certificate + Student kit.
Thirty minutes video interview of 100 marks will be conducted for top 10 marks holders to decide the top 10 ranks.
Note:
A minimum of 60% marks in the Expert Olympiad-Online examination is required to get a scholarship. If none of the students s cores 60% marks, then the scholarship will not be awarded to any student.
In case of any confusion, the decision of the Academic Council will be final & binding.
The student is not eligible to receive the scholarship for the same class again. For example, if a student is getting a scholarship for class 3rd (through Winter Offline / Online Exam).
Ranking Criteria
In case two or more students score the same number of marks, ranks will be determined based on the following criteria (weightage will be given from top to bottom):
- Rule 1 - The student who will get more marks in the Scholars' Section will get a higher rank.
- Rule 2 - The student who will get more marks in Maths will get a higher rank.
- Rule 3 - The student who will get more marks in Science will get a higher rank.
- Rule 4 - Students who will get more marks in Mental & Logical Ability will get a higher rank.
- Rule 5 - Time taken by a student in completing the exam paper. The student who has taken lesser time will get a higher rank.
- Rule 6 - If two students get the same marks, the younger student will be given preference.

It is single question paper exam comprising of Mental & Logical Ability, Mathematics, Science.

The Expert Olympiad (EO) online is an advanced test that challenges students to apply their learning and thinking by answering thought-provoking questions, which are not usually asked in standard tests.
- It's an Online Exam open to all class 3 to 12 students. Students have to register themselves online at expertolympiad.in .
- Expert Olympiad (EO) is committed to the fair conduction of the examination. We are the first and only online talent exams for school kids with anti-cheating tools to prevent any malpractice during the exam. Our exam system is equipped with an advanced AI-based anti-cheating module, advanced software tools and manual monitoring to support fair conduction of the examination.
- Students have to appear in the exam from their home Students should have access to a laptop/desktop/tablet/smartphone with a webcam and live internet connection to appear in this exam.
- 16% of marks are reserved for fair participation in the exam. The "Fair Play / Practice" scores will be calculated with an AI-enabled tool and manual monitoring of the participants during the exam.
- Thirty minutes video interview of 100 marks will be conducted for top 10 marks holders to decide the top 10 ranks.
- Expert Olympiad (EO) online exam is a single question papers exam that will contain questions from Mental & Logical Ability, Mathematics, Science.
- Exam Duration: 60 minutes, No of questions: 50 questions for students from class 3 to 12th.
- Syllabus: Question papers will be comprised of questions from Mental & Logical Ability (20%), Mathematics (40%) and Science (40%).
- Negative Marking: There is a negative marking for each wrong answer of 0.25( 1/4 ) Marks.

- It's a Paper-based/Offline Exam open to all classes 3 to 12 students studying in participating school
- Paper-based Expert Olympiad (EO) exam is conducted through school. Students have to fill the form in the school, and the exam will be conducted in common Centre.
- Medals, Cash Prizes and Scholarship for each Participating School: Student has better opportunity to earn Medals, Cash Prizes and Scholarships.
- If you are a student and want to participate in the paper-based / Offline EO exam, please contact your school teacher. They will be able to provide you examination form.
- Paper-based / Offline Expert Olympiad (EO) is a single paper exam of Hundred (100) marks. Question papers will contain questions from Mental & Logical Ability, Mathematics and Science.
- Exam Duration: 60 minutes, No of questions: 50 questions for students from class 3 to 12.
- Syllabus: Question papers will be comprising of questions from Mental & Logical Ability (20%), Mathematics (40%), Science (40%).
